AAA San Jose Tully Auto Repair Center I give -10 stars

Ive been dealing with this quote on quote AAA approved mechanic for 4 months now and they can't seem to get a part without trying to screw me over which they already did. And so Mr Vic I believe he's the one with the copper grill. Anyway this guy just screwed me out of $400 and 4 months of waiting for a fuel filler neck that never was ordered... "either I pay for a used part he can't guarantee.. he can only guarantee the labor" EVEN IF I BUY A BRAND NEW PART without the gas tank still only guarantees the labor NOT THE PART... versus $4,000 for a brand new fuel filler neck w/ a gas tank... Which cost $4000 by itself... Who has $4,000?..

Being a happy customer of AAA have all my cars under their insurance. This has to be one of the worst branches I've been to.

Telling me they can't do something because there's no commission for them is ridiculous. I have a Socal AAA account.. and here at this branch they made it seem like I was never a member.
Idk how they got 4.5 stars...this branch definitely felt like the DMV.

I've been to several other AAA BRANCHES and I've been assisted by great people. I came to the Gilroy branch and the representative that helped me has the worst customer service and does not know how to make a customer feel welcome. I've been with AAA FOR MANY YEARS and have never come across anyone as rude as this person was, he needs hospitality classes or a different profession. Good luck to you all. I decided to remove the representative name. Everyone may have their own experiences good or bad should be shared, so that their business can improve.

Terrible location. Other AAA offices have been helpful and polite. I have had two different bad experiences at this location where one woman was rude and turned me away for renewing registration on a vehicle which I have renewed at AAA before. The other made me wait while she angrily talked on the phone about getting bottomless drinks at a brunch reservation

Update as of 1/8/24: I sent an email as a follow up with my account number and no response. So it looks like when you leave a review they have an automated response that they would like to connect with you about your issue but no response so I am changing my review to one star.

They advertise that they can notarize documents but if the notary is working as a cashier then they cannot notarize. I went today to get a document notarized and I was told that she is out to lunch until 2:30p.m. I called before I went out there again to make sure she was available and I was told that there is no one to notarize a document until Monday because the notaries are cashiers today. They should advertise when their notaries are available.
