Want to total my SUV out. It still drives. They wont call you. Threatened to close out my account when I took my car back from repair shop. It hasn’t been repaired. It’s a 2012 Ford Escape SUV . The frame is slightly bent not rubbing on anything. They will not contact you just close your account.

Stay away!!! I had a power surge fry my solar and my furnace. Same instance.... They chose to cover the furnace and a few days later they fought it out with the solar company ended up covering the solar as well but for as a different claim. Keep in mind it was the same instance....They refused to consolidate them and now i have multiple claims on my record and it has prevented coverage and increased my rates for other homeowners insurance.

I switched to a different insurance in July 2023. I started to notice a bill for insurance from Travlers, still charging me. I called and asked them to stop billing me and provided my cancelation letter again and now I have a collections bill coming to my house! Ridiculous!! Is this how we are treated for leaving, wow!

I should of never switched to Travelers auto insurance by far the biggest scammers increase after increase then to tell you didn't load the app you didn't go paperless that's the reason you up my premium can't wait to switch to another company BEWARE
