Even if you only need a watch battery, stop in this store. I have driven by 100 times and fianally went in for a battery for my watch. This place is a treasure! Taylor's is like a history museum and a place to unwind. (NO pun intended) Cullman's treasure trove of clocks and watches, for sure! I'm going to come back for gifts for my family.

Came in to ask about getting my GF clock repaired. Poor fellow behind the counter seemed miserable and told me it would be years before they could get to me. Must be nice to have overwhelming business but obviously a new customer is up the creek.

Taylor's Fine Timepieces is extremely rude and disrespectful. I took two Rolex watches there for appraisal and Taylor's Fine Timepieces returned damaged and broken.

Mr. Taylor and staff were very easy to talk with. Took an old beat-up clock to have them assess. Got a friendly education, was treated well, and felt appreciated.
Sold the clock for a fair price.

Give them a call and bring in that timepiece. You'll feel better after you do.

The showroom is fascinating and we see something different each time we stop in. Michael is friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. After our move to the Cullman area, and after some research, he hunted for and found pieces from all around the country in order to rebuild our almost destroyed contemporary grandfather clock. What a craftsman and worth every penny! Thank you again, Michael.

What an amazing place! Mostly because the owner is easy to deal with. Found a beautiful wall clock from the 1800s working perfectly and at a very good price. He’s doing an in home service as well for other pieces. I have found my forever clock shop. Thank you!
