I am one if the unfortunates that had my homeowners insurance cancelled because of two claims made in a 2 year period. I had the same insurer since the early 80’s with zero claims. I had no idea how difficult it would be to obtain another policy.

I was turned away by many insurers and became very discouraged. I stopped in at Farmers Insurance located in Highland. By that time I was frantic because my insurance was going to be cancelled the next day.

The staff at this facility were amazing. They immediately saw I was frazzled and took the time to assure me that they would do everything possible to help me.

They helped me get insured through the California Fair Plan and also a supplemental policy to provide liability for my pool.

I recently had some difficulty with several payments with the California Fair Plan. The assistance I received from the staff was immediate and the problem was rectified. I was treated professionally and with kindness. A shout out to Grace for your patience in working with me.

I heartily recommend this location if you find yourself in the same predicament that I faced.
