I had been interested in purchasing property in South Orange County for quite some time, but as a first-time home buyer native to the LA area with minimal real estate experience not to mention the extremely competitive nature of the Orange County real estate market, I was not sure if I would be able to make a home purchase a reality for me and my family. I was referred to Misha through a mutual friend, and I knew right away after our first phone discussion that I was in the absolute best of hands. Misha has a strong grasp of the South OC market and was able to get me in touch with an excellent real estate local agent. He also walked me through the various aspects of applying for a loan, highlighted what needed to get done to present a competitive offer, and how he would be able to support through his role as an Executive Licensed Loan Officer with Metro Financial Services. He has an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the entire process from start to finish, from the making the initial purchase offer all way through closing of escrow, and he was always available to answer my questions in a direct and understandable manner - there were so many things that I was lost on that he was able to make clear for me which was very important to me. He was always accessible for my questions and provided advice, prompt support, and all options, and I do not know if I would have been able to make the purchase without him. Our first contact was in early March 2020 and by late April we had closed on a beautiful property Laguna Hills! Along the way he we worked with his dedicated loan Processor, Daniel Lim, who was expediting all processing of paperwork from insurance to title to dealing with escrow agents, and everything else imaginable. Daniel also did a fantastic job explaining forms and documents to me through out and was always available to answer my questions and proactive as part of my buyers’ team. Bottom line, if you want to purchase property in OC and need a financial services team to make it happen, these are the people to deal with hands down! I would recommend Misha, Daniel, and the team at Metro Financial Services to anyone, and I know I will be reaching out to them when it comes time for my next purchase!
