I would give 0 stars if I could! This State Farm office is very dysfunctional and made up of rude customer service reps who honestly don't care about you or your problems. Every time I called their office I would get someone different and would be told a different story or promise regarding our issue - and I was following up for months! I was also told by a specific rep that I would be called when the issue was fixed but she stopped working there and nobody in the office ever followed up with me. My husband and I were getting charged over $100 extra a month on our car insurance premium for a mistake they made on their end in regards to my husband's driving age. This problem went on for 4 months and it was never resolved. In fact, at one point the customer service rep Dawson informed me that nothing could be done and he was rude and clearly unwilling to help us solve this issue. He would also make up lies about what was going on which I later found out were lies when my problem was fixed in less than 1 month after switching to Trevor Fong State Farm. If you're considering coming to this office for any insurance, DON'T. I'd recommend Trevor Fong's office instead.

Great customer service! I entered with so many questions as I was unsure about the difference with the policies. I was helped by the sweetest and most helpful agent named Mercedes. She answered all of my questions and helped me feel great about my decision. I recommend this insurance service and I highly reccomend speaking with Mercedes. I signed up for life insurance a couple years ago and ended up bringing my home and auto polices over as well. I switched to State Farm because of their amazing customer service. Every time i have a question or want to make changes they are always so happy to help. Great customer service, great coverage, great rates. I couldn’t ask for more.

Very happy I transferred my policies to State Farm because of how great the customer service was. Frank was very helpful, professional and took his time to explain how underinsured I was by reviewing my old policies from Farmers. I’m saving money AND I have better coverage. car insurance has gone up about 40% since last year with clean driving records ( no tickets, citations, etc ), at about 600$/mo currently. listed as a permissive driver under the policy even though when we came into the office, we got confirmation that my name would be on the insurance policy. absurd and deceiving.
