I have had a great experience with Alli at Capital Staffing. After applying to the job posted online, Alli called me immediately and asked me some questions which led me to get an interview scheduled in that same week. She has been extremely encouraging throughout my job process, and after getting the job, has stayed consistent in her communication and has made the job application process very easy. Update: Be careful when dealing with this agency. The client and agency didn't fulfill their promises. They have a strange and unprofessional "protocol" that eliminates communication after placement. The client is a revolving door, and they have no intention of really hiring anyone. It's one of the worst professional experiences I have ever had.
We have severed ties, and it's such a blessing!!
