I highly recommend Bill H. as a State Farm insurance agent. He has been a tremendous help with my homeowners insurance, especially after the Thomas Fire. He was direct and calm in a very stressful time, He guided me and my family and assisted us with paperwork and all insurance needs, but was also there as a friend. During that difficult time, Bill went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed - he was always thinking three steps ahead. I was in an a car accident and called Bill, my State Farm agent. I am not one to use apps, etc. I wanted a contact, on the phone, to assist me through the process. I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Bill. From the beginning, he took the time to understand my needs. He made sure I was ok, and made sure my son was also alright. Bill made sure I had the best coverage, but also ensured I wasn't overcharged as money is tight. Bill is incredibly knowledgeable, always quick to respond, and genuinely cares about us both as his client, but as a family. He made the process simple and stress-free,.
