Mr. Brüning is a very nice person. He came to show me the apartments on a weekend. Since i travelled from very far away, it was very helpful to me. He is always to the point. After i decided on an apartment, He was quick enough to prepare everything, and getting the confirmation from the landlord. He was always reachable and cleared up any confusion that we had.

Although I am not a customer, I met Jebo and Stefan in an informal capacity. After moving from abroad to Berlin, I was having some difficulties with finding a suitable apartment to rent and Jebo gave me a frank view of the state of the rental market and also suggested some websites and gave me other recommendations which were very helpful to me. Herr Brüning hat sich immer um uns bemüht, war sehr zuvorkommend und hat Probleme, sofern sie überhaupt auftraten schnell gelöst. Wir fühlten uns einfach gut aufgehoben und kompetent betreut. Herr Brüning hatte für Fragen immer ein offenes Ohr und war für die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer der Immobilie sehr hilfreich.
