Wir haben mit einer Mitarbeiterin von PlanetHome einen Besichtigungstermin für eine Kauf-Eigentumswohnung in Berlin-Wilmersdorf vereinbart. Sehr überrascht waren wir dann, als zu unserem Termin, ohne vorher darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt worden zu sein, ein weiterer Kaufinteressent / "Mitbewerber" erschien und noch eine weitere Kaufinteressentin, die wohl zu früh erschienen war, an der Besichtigungstour ebenfalls teilnehmen sollte. Dabei werden bei einer Kaufimmobilie doch regelmäßig sehr persönliche (u.a. finanzielle) Dinge besprochen, die die Privatsphäre betreffen. Angesichts der in Rede stehenden Höhe der Maklerprovision sollte eine Einzelbesichtigung das Maß aller Dinge sein.

Alle Investments von PlanetHome und der Vorgängergesellschaft iFunded hatten Hand und Fuß. Auch mehrjährige Investments wurden sehr gut verzinst voll zurückgezahlt - außerdem kann man sich bereits mit kleineren Beträgen deutlich unter 1.000 EUR engagieren. Das Reporting ist seriös und nachvollziehbar. Ich werde auch zukünftig dort investieren.
