Forge helped me set up a Self-Directed IRA that I can use for investment purposes. I really liked that I was able to call them and talk to a person when executing a complicated financial transaction. I talked to a lot of folks there and found them to all be very knowledgeable and professional. There fees are very reasonable. The process for setting everything up is easy to do with their electronic forms but again it does help to be able to get on the phone with an actual person who will help you when corrections are needed. I found the whole process to be relatively seemless!

Customer service from Forge Trust continues to be top notch! oday, I called Forge Trust and had the pleasure of being assisted by Sergei. He was not only able to answer the questions I had, but even took the extra time to walk me through the new government filing I needed to complete. A-typical for government website, the instructions provided were very confusing. The form completion required repeated attempts, requiring the filling out of duplicate information, in various tabs. After no less than 6 tries to complete the requested information, I was able to successfully complete the form. Kudos to the customer service team at Forge Trust
