Just saw a credit report that I pulled up since we’re in the process of getting approved for a home. I spoke to Juanita and she was very processional and friendly. As soon as I asked if it would be left on my credit or removed due to our situation, she said to call as soon as the payment is received so they would be able to remove it from my credit report and help me out on her end.
I am so satisfied and relieved that this was easily handled. I had so many medical bill piled up that I had lost track of al these old accounts.

failed to contact me after i had submitted a dispute for a charge. without ever responding or notifying me they sent it to credit bureau - AND i had a very legitimate claim to this debt from my attorney. Dont do business with shady companies like this.

Scam artists. They sent me a collections bill for over 1000 dollars, when I asked for a validation they sent me some random chicken scratch saying they wont validate the debts but heres why I owe a little ober 500 dollars....LESS THAN HALF of what they were trying to originally rip me off for. Be very careful with this company!

Juanita at #2240/#2550 (whichever she'd like to tell your her extenision is) is highly unprofessional, especially for someone who claims to be a supervisor. Sylvia #2000 who is supposed to be her manager is no better. This company would receive no stars if allowed!
