Finding insurance was always on the bottom of my list of things to do because if insurance is involved, it means something bad has happened. Caroline Heard and staff was simply amazing. They actually listened to my needs and I couldn't believe the price. Amazing staff, I would give 10 stars if possible.

I do not recommend doing business with this branch!! I was coldcalled by Garrett who was a smart alec from the time I answered the phone. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, too which he laughed, said hell no and hung up the phone!! I then called back twice to make sure the line hadn't been disconnected and both times Garrett answered and I asked to speak with a supervisor I was hung up on! If I could give this office 0 stars I would. Just so yall know I had a policy with All-State thru this office and was considering going back when my term was up with my current policy........ but based on what just happened, I can't say that anymore!

If Google would allow I'd leave a zero star review for this agency. The previous owner (Mike Dunning) was always available and a human ALWAYS answered the phone. Since Caroline Heard took over it is impossible to speak to anyone and what's worse, THEY WON'T EVEN ANSWER EMAILS! Worst customer service ever.
