These two are amazing! We are so grateful and thankful to have had Ronnie and Sam help our family through the difficult task of clearing out the family home of 60 years of Nana's treasures. Top notch service every step of the way! Sam and Ronnie are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fair. They helped us with the daunting task of downsizing our parents’ home within a tight timeframe and we literally couldn’t have done it without their expertise and coordination. They worked long hours to get the job done and were able to successfully sell and rehome items which we could never have done without their help. They did all this with great competence, integrity and compassion giving our family peace of mind and relief. We wanted to have an estate sale done for our Mom’s estate and went with Hammydownz. We could not be happier with the results. They are very professional, organized, and knowledgeable, and at the same time friendly, down-to-earth, and communicative. They also just seem to really like and care about what they do. That showed in the way they meticulously organized and beautifully displayed the items in our Mom’s house. The sale was a great success both financially and in the sense that mom’s belongings went to homes where they will be used and appreciated. I would not hesitate to work with Hammydownz again.

Samantha & Ronnie are very professional every step in the process! They were very kind & never judged about all the stuff I saved. Sam and Ronnie are wonderful. They dismantled my sister’s house, with 45 years of possessions, some very valuable and some really cluttered junk. They put in long long hours, organized all her belongings logically, displayed them beautifully, and arranged for numerous showings with buyers. They are just lovely young people full of enthusiasm and very knowledgeable about the value of various items. Ours was a monumental task and they were superb. I feel like I now have new friends!!

I can't say enough good things about Hammydownz. If you have lots of stuff you need to re-home, Sam and Ronnie should be your first choice. They took great care to organize our downsizing sale and moved lots of items at both a physical sale and an online sale. They also have great connections for disposing of items not sold. It was a pleasure working with them, and we really appreciate how they lowered our stress level about having a sale.

We would give Hammydownz 6 stars if we could! Sam and Ronnie are excellent at what they do. They are extremely hardworking, knowledgeable and professional. Prior to selling our house we wanted to do a moving sale but didn’t have it in us to do all the work. Enter Sam and Ronnie. They helped us go through all our things, assess value, and sort out what we’d keep and sell. They coordinated the moving sale and also sold pieces online and at their booth. It’s hard to imagine all this work being fun, but it was! Sam and Ronnie love what they do. They are good people with a great business! We ended up making a lot more money than we ever could have on our own and making new friends in the process.
