I have zero compaints about my insurance. Its one of the things in my life that i have peace of mind on. Never a problem. Never an attitude from my agent. Always kind and helpful when i reach out to them. And ontop of all that, they have kept me on such a great rate for almost 3 years now. Even when i bought a new car and had 2 cars insured. Allstate has done nothing but taken care of me. Ill be a customer for as long as i can.

It was a good experience. Lori did great by us. She was very explanatory and communicative. It really helped us fix an issue. We didn’t feel left out in the cold.

She was also very quick in her replies. That really helps. We’ve been with this office for years and it is great to have a positive relationship with your insurance company.

The good folks at Brook Daly Insurance (Allstate Insurance) have been fantastic with their quality service and care. This Allstate office is very helpful and always tries to find you the best rate that fits your financial and car coverage needs. Never any pressure to purchase and always helpful.

Had to deal with Jesse. Mislead with a hidden terms and conditions that if you cancel within 6 months, you owe 10% of the policy. No other insurance provider does this. AVOID. He had no idea this was a thing when I contacted him. Didn’t make it right, just said pay it or get sent to collections
