This is by far the most irresponsible insurance company that I know.
They used to pay my IFTA PERMIT and then they just took the money and didn’t pay the taxes to the corresponding states. I had to pay the taxes twice plus the fee that empire charged me basically for stealing my own money. Do yourself a favor and keep away from this people

This is a wonderful insurance company, people come and go but I have been getting Mercury Insurance there for years.
