I'm currently in the process of trying to purchase a home. I called State Farm to inquire about home insurance quotes and spoke to Trista. Although she let me know State Farm is not taking new policies for home insurance, she gave me an extensive list of agents and agencies who are still able to assist CA residents with home insurance. She was also able to quickly get me quotes for auto insurance without the multi line discount that I currently have. I am beyond thankful for Trista's help in this matter, as its a very frustrating issue to deal with and any help is truly appreciated.

Trista was very busy taking calls and walk-ins when I called and she told me she’d call me back at a later time and she did as promised. She helped me add an auto policy for my new car and looked at my other policies to find ways to reduce my total cost when the cost for the new policy came out higher than expected. She explained different types of coverage and the process very clearly. She was professional, knowledgeable, and great to speak with.
