Review of my current State Farm policies went smoothly. Account Manager David was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions clearly and concisely. He gave several options for each policy and ran different scenarios for each. No pressure to make an instant decision. I now have the information that I need to make an informed decision about possible changes to each policy. Highly recommended.

Note: I've been with State Farm since the early 80s.

I have had State Farm insurance for over 25 years. Never made a claim. They gave less than 3 months notice of decision not to renew. “No longer insuring apartments”. It is a duplex and I live in half of it.
I spoke with Alex and he was friendly and helpful. I recognize that State Farm's business decision is not his fault. He seemed genuinely helpful when I spoke with him.
