Hey remember back in December when I brought a check in There for my mother right before Christmas? The check was for 175. 50 . The day after Christmas I realize you took that check and turned it into an ACH withdrawal for 1023.00 without authorization well it is still causing me grief along with that great customer service of Travelers insurance. I can't figure out who the biggest crook is. People stay away from this insurance agency and Travelers insurance Travelers will rip you off just like this agency and then hide behind there Automated phone system that does not understand English
