I have been a loyal customer for car ins. for my car and my dads car for over 30 plus years. I need to talk to someone about his bill going up $80.00 a year with no accidents under his belt or tickets. His car is an old 89. I have been on hold for the 2nd time for 2 hrs. again and no answer. They had no explenation of what the increase was for. This is thee worst company to try to reach by phone. Then if you want to make a payment which I never do over the phone they want to charge you $2.75 cents to do it? I am shopping for a new Ins. company. This company sucks. They don't deserve any stars.

I called into the customer service because the business I needed to take care of I couldn’t do online so I called and the system said my wait time was 20 minutes and 1 hour and 47 minutes later, I am still on hold. This is ridiculous. I am on hold as I am typing this review. If I could give zero stars I would. This is atrocious. Do better 21st century we are in the 21st century after all not the Stone Age so answer the phone!! If you don’t have enough people then you better higher more, and fast!

3 calls today a total over 5 hours waiting period. This type of customer service is not acceptable here in California. The service agent seem very unpolite maybe had a bad today. Quote me a very outrageous amount nothing comparable to wat I’m paying now with another company 3 times higher.
