こちらで、実家の家族がエアコンを購入して、配線が半年経たずで、ぶらぶらぶら下がりひとまず、応急処置だけして、しばらくしたら直しますと言われて3ヶ月ほど、経っても音沙汰なくて、こちらから問い合わせても、謝罪もなしで、言い訳ばかり、、今月9月中に直しに行きますと、、、壁も傷付いてしまい最悪ですね、、、雑な仕事です。
こんな最低なアフターフォローはやばすぎです。
電話対応も最悪過ぎて、星はゼロです！
親には、2度とここで製品買わないようにと伝えました。

昔からある街場の電器屋さんと言う感じです。何度か電化製品を購入したのですがアフターフォローが駄目な店ですね！購入する際も自分達の都合が優先で配達日時は店の営業が終わってからでないと駄目だし、こちらの指定時間を二つ返事で受けてくれた事は１度もありません。修理もハイテックさんの都合に合わせなければならない。マウンティングするつもりはありませんが、１００円や２００円の物を買ったわけではありません。もう少し顧客の都合を受け入れたアフターケアを望みます。

5年以上ご無沙汰していても、エアコンの手配を電話一本で速対応して頂きました。冷蔵庫が壊れたときも、速、状態の良い中古品を手配、配達して頂きました。感謝です。
